SWEAT is a creative Vinyasa (flow) class set to upbeat music, with extra strength drills and cardio bursts thrown in. It's not "hot" yoga, but you'll definitely sweat.

CHILL is a slow-flow that begins and ends with restorative and Yin yoga — a space to quite literally chill out.
Yin is a deep stretch style of yoga which uses passive, supported stretches to work deeply into the muscles and connective tissue — the joints, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. For many people, Yin is a very meditative experience.
