*Find Your Flow is Erin Sanders' signature yoga class. Designed for all levels, this class gets you moving and sweating while maintaining strong attention to proper alignment. Expect specific anatomy-based cues mixed with creative, dynamic sequencing.

*SWEAT is a non-traditional yoga class, rooted in Vinyasa style, but with strength moves, HIIT-style drills and cardio bursts woven throughout class. Each playlist is curated by me, packed with high energy tunes to give you energy and drive you through you practice. Expect to warm up and cool down in stretchy, soothing yoga fashion.

*Yin is a deep stretch style of yoga which uses passive, supported stretches to work deeply into the muscles and connective tissue — the joints, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. For many people, Yin is a very meditative experience.

Erin believes yoga is about making the pose work for you — not contorting your body to fit the pose. She offers modifications to accommodate every student, including bolder options for those who want more of a challenge. You will leave class with knowledge about your body that you can take with you throughout your yoga practice. Come explore.
