About Erin

Erin Sanders has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. In that time, yoga has become a passion, and a calling. Along with her acting career, Erin is on a mission to bring the beauty and serenity of yoga to as many people as possible.

Erin believes that yoga is all about connection: To breath, to movement, and to yourself. She deeply cares about helping students find an element in their practice that is very personal to them, and provides them with tools they can use to take control of their yoga practice, and truly make it their own.

Come Learn With Erin

Erin teaches a variety of styles of yoga, and this allows her to tailor a yoga experience to each student. She specializes in Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga.

Erin’s Vinyasa Yoga pays strong attention to alignment, which means that you'll be moving and sweating, but entering into poses safely. Expect to play with fun, creative transitions and variations of postures. Erin’s Yin Yoga focuses on passive, supported, deep stretches, which draws the mind into a deep meditative state while physically working on your connective tissue — your joints, tendons, ligaments, and fascia.

No matter your experience level, come explore. Erin believes yoga is about making the pose work for you - not contorting your body to fit the pose. Modifications are provided for those who need them, and bolder options will be offered to those who want a bit of challenge.

Erin is also skilled in Basic, Beginner, and Gentle yoga, as well as Arm Balances, Inversions, and Deep Backbends.
