Hi there, I’m Erin. I’m a holistic movement therapist, mobility coach, and yoga teacher.

I’ve been practicing yoga my entire life and studying movement for over 10 years. I’m here to help you unweave the mysteries of your body and find freedom in movement.

I was in chronic pain for years before learning about my hypermobiity, which is a joint laxity issue. Following a car accident that left me with bulging discs, I sought help from many competent healthcare professionals… but ultimately felt stuck. I had reached the limit of the care being offered to me.

So, I learned how to work holistically: utilizing neuro biomechanics, breath, soft tissue care, nervous system care, gait analysis, favored learning styles… as well as the emotional space to process loss, change, and growth.

I’ve rehabbed my own joint pain, TMJ pain, chronic migraines, reprogrammed lifelong gait dysfunction for the better, and more.

I gave myself a life I didn’t think I could have. I want to help you give yourself your best life too.

My style––Detailed, hyperspecific guidance, with fine-tuned adjustments. Adaptive, approachable space to learn and practice. You’ll connect to your breath and movement more deeply than ever before — giving you more freedom to do everything you love, pain-free.

My vibe––Is there anything less fun than telling someone “I’m fun, I swear”? Well, I swear I am. Movement can be serious, but it doesn’t need to be all the time. We’ll play, try new things, work hard, and rest deeply.

My mission––Invite you to know yourself intimately. I will always bring my honest heart to our movement practice. I’ll meet you there.

No matter your experience level, come explore. I’m passionate about making the movement work for you - not contorting your body to fit the movement. I’ll always give you choices, and empower you to listen to your needs moment-to-moment.

About Me

I've been working in film and television nearly as long as I've been practicing yoga. I use acting and filmmaking to connect with people, tell stories, and contribute levity and thoughtfulness to the world. This work has been filled with elating highs and devastating lows, and much uncertainty in between.

Yoga helps me navigate all areas of my life, keeps me grounded, and holds space for me no matter how I feel. Yoga holds space for you when you feel amazing. Yoga holds space for you when you don't.

Erin has the ability to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. Yoga can be a vulnerable practice, especially for those without any prior experience, but she never fails to make her students feel safe. Not pushing anyone past their comfort zone but, at the same time, making sure they progress a little further each day.
