Here’s a taste of what took me over 10 years to learn, that I want to teach you:

Your body will adapt to what it’s exposed to, repeatedly, for longer and longer lengths of time. Your body has adapted to patterns you may not even realize you’re in.

An imbalanced push-pull of your muscles will tug on your joints, leading to joint ache, crunchy-feeling joints, and tight and tense-feeling muscles. This imbalanced compression can ultimately press against our nerves, leading to more pain. Add into the mix the never ending grind-mentality that slips from your work into our attempts to move freely, and… you deserve a nervous-system reset.

Over the past decade, I’m grateful to have helped countless others move and breath better, leading to more freedom, happiness, and fun.
